What Omaha Homeowners Are Saying
I worked with Nick at Platte + Pine on a lot clearing project for a new home build. Nick was professional, organized, and easy to coordinate with throughout the job. Communication was clear and expectations were straightforward. I’d gladly work with Platte + Pine again and would recommend them to homeowners looking for a contractor they can trust.
Nick and the Platte and Pine team did an amazing job making the entire remodeling experience as smooth as possible from start to finish. Nick communicated consistently throughout the project so there were no surprises. They stayed on schedule, followed through with every commitment and genuinely cared about getting the details right.
Platte and Pine will be my first call for every future project and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make your house a home. You will love the experience.
Amazing remodel work, I truly appreciated their transparency and honesty. They earned my trust early on and they did everything they said they were going to do and did it well. I had been worried about general contractors in the past but Nick and team truly changed my perspective and updated my home to something I am so proud of. I am grateful for their expertise and hard work along the way!
Nick recently finished our basement. It turned out better than we could have imagined. Communication EVERY DAY about the who, what, when and why throughout the entire process. Thorough from day one through the last day (and even after). Will follow up in about a month after to see how things are settling and fix anything needed. Incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. Attention to detail and quality in workmanship and the final product. Will be getting our repeat business when we’re ready to start the other projects in our home. Worth every penny and then some. Thanks again Nick!!!
This guy is great!
Nick runs a tight ship. He is organized, detail oriented, and truely wants whats best for his clients. Any remodeling, ADU projects, or general contracting Platte + Pine is your best option in the Omaha market, hands down!
We worked with Nick and his team on a basement project for one of his clients. They did an excellent job communicating, thinking through all of the steps, and great attention to detail.
Would recommend to anyone considering a home remodel project or an ADU.
